GCF Fall 2010 eDeclaration forms are to be filled out and submitted by the Club for their teams.  Completed forms are to be sent to the 1st VP by the club only, not by an individual team or teams.  Individual teams should contact their clubs with ALL of their contact information, including coach, asst coach(es), and team manager(s).  What each club submits to GCF is what will be posted on the GCF website.
