Players who receive a red card MUST have the Red Card Signature form signed by a referee for each game that he is suspended for in order to satisfy his game suspension(s).

When player has completed his game suspension(s) AND had the Red Card Signature form signed at each game, then player must mail a copy of the form along with a check for $25 (made out to GCF).
