Team Documents

IMPORTANT: your rosters are sourced from the FYSA Registration Event. That means all Primary player changes to your rosters are done in that event and changes are reflected in the league. Club Pass players are added in the GCF Event, not back at FYSA. Teams MUST be registered into the FYSA event in order to be scheduled for the season.

Rosters

Your FYSA roster is your official team roster. While once the check-in document, Match Cards/Reports are now used. Have a roster available if needed to verify a player.

Passes

EVERY player and coach MUST have a valid FYSA pass, either laminated or virtual, in order to be allowed on the field or bench. Passes are issued by FYSA to registered, paid players and coaches. See below on Printing Passes or viewing Virtual.

Medical Release Forms

While you will not be asked to present the Medical Release Forms at check-in, FYSA requires that a filled form be available for each player.

How to Print the Match Card

Match Cards, not rosters, are used for Game check-in.

  • ALL players are required to be listed on the Match Card.

  • NO PLAYERS MAY BE WRITTEN ON.

  • Coaches may be written on by the referee after a pass is presented.

  • Maximum Players: Teams must follow the rules on how many players are permitted per match. Any players in excess of the maximum must be crossed off the match report. If attending, the crossed off players may sit at the bench.
For 13U-19U the maximum is 18 players
For 11U-12U the maximum is 16 players
For 9U-10U the maximum is 12 players

Both teams print the Match Card. The Home team is responsible for presenting it to the referee. The Away team has it as a backup.

If you are unable to access the official card contact GCF. As a last resort, fill the Generic Match Card found at gcfsoccer.com for the game.
