WITHDRAWING A REGISTERED TEAM

GCFYSL highly discourages withdrawal once team declarations have been approved. This causes major disruptions in scheduling and delays schedule release. Once scheduling has begun, team withdrawal incurs penalty fees as registration is agreed to be a commitment for the entire season.
If you are planning to withdraw, submit this form and you will be contacted to discuss your reasons and what may be arranged to avoid it (ex. division movement, schedule adjustment, etc.).
NOTE: a text to a GCF official is not proper Withdrawal procedure. You must submit the form below.

 

Withdrawal Timeline Fees

  • Prior to team declarations: full refund (or payment not processed)

  • After declarations are approved but before schedule release: forfeit registration fee

  • After schedule release: forfeit registration fee plus $500 penalty fee
