When you are trying to contact a Coach or Manager and the Team Chat goes silent what are your options?
There are times when you are trying to contact an opponent through Team Chat and you do not get a response. When this happens your next step is to contact the Clubs Point of Contact (POC). All POCs are listed on the Club POC page. You may email, text, or call the POC in order to get communication on track.
Still not getting anywhere? Let us know at admin@gcfsoccer.com and be sure to include the Game Number. We will do our best to nudge them along. You should not have to miss out on a game due to an opponent coach’s lack of action.
