WITHDRAWING A REGISTERED TEAM

GCFYSL highly discourages withdrawal once team divisions have been published. This causes major disruptions in scheduling and delays schedule release. Once scheduling has begun, team withdrawal incurs penalty fees as registration is agreed to be a commitment for the entire season.
There are options to removing a team, ex. division movement, schedule adjustment, etc. Contact admin@gcfsoccer.com if you are able to workaround withdrawing.

Withdrawal deadlines for Fall 2024

  • Withdrawing before July 20, 2024 receives a full refund minus administration fee.
  • Withdrawing after July 20, 2024 forfeits your registration fee.
  • Withdrawing after the Schedule has been released incurs no refund and an added $500 penalty.
